Privacy policy
What we collect
Your email address and a hash of your password (we never store the password itself). When you connect Tesla, we store the OAuth tokens Tesla issues, encrypted at rest, and the energy-site data those tokens grant: battery state of charge, solar production, home load, grid flow, and the settings Kilobro writes. We also store the ComEd price data and forecasts used to plan, and the plans and savings figures we compute for you.
What we never see
Your Tesla password. Sign-in happens on Tesla's own page. Kilobro receives only scoped tokens, which you can revoke from your Tesla account at any time.
What we do with it
We use the data to run the optimizer for your sites and to show you the results. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to operating Kilobro.
Deletion
Email support@kilobro.com and we will delete your account and all associated data. Disconnecting Tesla from your account settings immediately stops all reads and writes.
